When I was locked out of my home due to a jammed and malfunction knob they came within 30 minutes to save the day. Prepared, professional and polite, he made an otherwise annoying and horrible situation tolerable and got me back to regular life quickly. I'm terrible with keys! I lost the only key I had to one of my work vans. The tech was in my driveway within 15 minutes of my call for service. He made keys for my work van and also another Fob with key for my personal truck. All of this was done within an hour of placing the call for service! The owner (Kris) himself came out at nearly 5 in the morning when we were locked out of our home. Kris took my call on a Sunday for a car key replacement and was at my house within the hour. I was stranded Cinco de mayo after work! My key went out and my alarm would not stop so it put my car in theft mode!!
